Pricing FAQ
What counts as a "day"?
A day is a calendar workday in which your bee works on your tasks — up to 4 hours a day, per bee, on every plan. Half-day tasks still count as a day, which is why weekly and monthly plans exist: light days average out cheaper.
How many bees can I get?
Worker Bee is one bee, The Swarm is three, and Full Hive is up to 6 bees — each working up to 4 hours a day. Need more than that? Ask us by email and we'll quote a custom hive.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Every Hive plan can be bought once — 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month — with no renewal. If you want the work to keep going, weekly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically and monthly saves you roughly 12–15% versus buying the same month once.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time from your client portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you already paid for runs to the end.
How does the bundle discount work?
Add more than one item to your cart — services, Hive plans, or both — and the discount applies automatically: 10% at two items, up to 20% on larger bundles. It's shown live in the bundle bar before you pay.
What if a task takes longer than estimated?
Your estimate sets the daily cap, not a meter. If a bee needs more time, your hive coordinator flags it in the portal before anything changes and you approve the new estimate first. No surprise bills, ever.
Can I mix skills inside a Swarm?
Yes — that's the point. A Swarm can be a writer, a bookkeeper, and a researcher on Monday, then three data bees on Thursday. Swaps are free and take effect the next working day.
How do flat-price services work?
Every service on this page has one published price — logo, flyer, website, app, and the rest. You pay it, we build it, and revisions are included in the scope listed on the card. No hourly creep.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes. Choose "Pay by invoice" in the checkout wizard and we email you a payable invoice; work starts once it's paid.
Do you offer calls or meetings?
No — and that's how the prices stay this low. Everything runs on email and your client portal: briefs, questions, approvals, files, and daily updates. Median first reply is under one business hour, 7 days a week.
